- Complete the process for transferring a property
- The buyer or seller legal representing before Republic Geodetic Authority – Service for Cadastre of Immovable Property
- Prepare the sale contract and solemnize it by Public Notary office.
- Pay the price and monitoring money transferring - domestic or foreigner
- Submit the request for registration to the Cadastre
- Submit the application to Tax Authorities for the approval of the transaction value and for the authorization of the transfer tax payment
